§ 625-66 Permitted uses and activities.

Permitted uses and activities in the B-4 Business - Central Business District Zone shall be as follows:

Residential above business.

§ 625-68 Conditional uses.

Permitted conditional uses in the B-4 Business - Central Business District Zone shall be as follows:
A. 
Nonprofit clubs and fraternal organizations.
B. 
Residential infill where more than 50% of the tax parcels in the same blockfront are currently occupied by residential uses; and then subject to the standards for residential uses in the Residential (R-50) Zone.
