ARTICLE XV

LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS

Sec. 1501.- Conflict with other ordinances.

Whenever there is, or appears to be, a conflict between any provision of this Zoning Ordinance with the provisions of any other lawful ordinance, regulation or resolution, the more restrictive shall apply.

Sec. 1502. - Severability clause.

Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional, void or unenforceable, all other subsections, provisions, complete sections and the chapter in its entirety hereof shall continue to be and remain in full force and effect.

Sec. 1503. - Repeal of conflicting ordinances.

Any ordinance or part of ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed so far as the same affects this chapter.

Sec. 1504. - Effective date.

This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its adoption by the City of Pickens City Council.
