Any use permitted in C-1 Commercial Districts and C-2 Highway Business Districts with the exception of animal hospitals, dairies, freight terminals and bulk fuel storage yards.

Gyms.

Other uses may be permitted, provided they are not in conflict with any other ordinance, and, provided further, that such uses are approved by the governing body and subject to such safeguards as this body may establish.

Tattoo and body-piercing businesses, as defined in section [article] 11.06 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pineville, are hereby prohibited from the C-3 zone and/or the Central Business District.

Dwellings hereafter constructed in a C-3 Central Business District shall comply with the area and yard regulations of the R-2 Residence Districts.

All other permitted uses in the C-3 Central Business District shall comply with the following area regulations.

Yards.

Front yards: No front yard required.

Rear yards: Twenty (20) feet.

Side yards: Not required.

However, where side yards are provided, such side yards shall not be less than three (3) feet.

No building shall be built closer than twenty (20) feet to the centerline of the streets.
