A. District area: No campus industrial district shall be less than (6) acres.
B. Minimum lot area and width: A bank or other financial institution shall have a lot area of not less than one and one-half (1.5) acres and have a lot width not less than three hundred (300) feet at the building line. All other uses shall have a lot area of not less than three (3) acres and have a lot width of not less than three hundred (300) feet at the building line.
C. Front yard: A bank or other financial institution shall have a front yard on each lot of not less than sixty (60) feet in depth. All other uses shall have a front yard on each lot which shall be not less than one hundred (100) feet in depth.
D. Side yards: There shall be two (2) side yards on each lot which shall have an aggregate width of not less than one hundred (100) feet, neither side yard having a width of less than forty (40) feet, and providing that any side yard abutting a street shall have a width of not less than one hundred (100) feet.
E. Rear yard: There shall be a rear yard on each lot, the depth of which shall be not less than (50) feet, provided that any rear yard abutting a street shall have a depth of not less than one hundred (100) feet.
F. Building coverage: Not more than twenty-five (25) percent of the area of any lot shall be occupied by buildings.
G. Maximum impervious surface coverage: The maximum impervious surface coverage shall be 75% of the total tract area.
H. Green space area requirement:. The minimum required green space area on any lot shall not be less than 25%.
