Districts.

For the purpose of this Chapter, the Borough is hereby divided into the following districts:
R-1 | Single-Family |
R-1A | Single-Family |
R-3 | Residential and Office |
RM | Residential Multi-Family |
RM/POS | Residential Multi-Family/Public Open Space |
NC | Neighborhood Commercial |
GC | General Commercial |
CM | Commercial and Multi-Family Mixed Use |
TC | Town Center |
W | Waterfront Commercial |

The boundaries for each of the above zoning districts are shown on the Official Zoning Map of the Borough.
