Traffic Impact Analysis. Traffic impact analysis shall be required to evaluate the project's impacts to Freeman Rd E and the transportation system within the vicinity of the project site. The traffic impact analysis shall evaluate the roadway improvements necessary to accommodate the proposed use (e.g., roadway width, pavement conditions, rail crossing design, public safety improvements and any other design challenges, etc.). The city of Fife, the Puyallup Tribe of Indians and Union Pacific Railroad shall be consulted on future development proposals and subject traffic impact analysis report(s). The requirement of traffic impact analysis for an individual development proposal may be waived if agreed upon by the city of Puyallup, city of Fife, and the Puyallup Tribe of Indians.
