All other ordinances, regulations, or local statutes or parts of regulations, ordinances, or local statutes in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, that if any section, paragraph, subsection, clause or provision of this title shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subsection, clause or provision so held invalid and the remainder of this title shall be and remain in full force and effect.

Whenever the regulations made under authority of this title require a greater width or size of yards or courts, or require a lower height of building or less number of stories or require a greater percentage of each lot to be left unoccupied, or impose other higher standards than are required in any other statute or local ordinance or regulation, the provisions of the regulations made under authority of this title shall govern. Wherever the provisions of any other status or local ordinance or regulation requires a greater width or size of wards or courts, or requires a greater percentage of each lot to be left unoccupied, or imposes other higher standards than are required by the regulations under the authority of this title then the provisions of such statute or local ordinance or regulation shall govern.
