This ordinance is adopted under the authority granted by Wis. Stats. Chs. 60 and 91 and Wis. Stats. §§ 61.35 and 62.23, and amendments thereto; and pursuant to this authority the Town Board of Town of Rockland, Brown County, Wisconsin ordains as follows:
