Any person, firm, company, corporation or any agent, employees or contractors of such who shall violate, disobey, omit, neglect or refuse to comply with or resist enforcement of any provision of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation of this Ordinance shall be permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense.

If any building, structure or improvement is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained or any building, structure or land is used in violation of this Ordinance, the Village of Round Lake Park or any other person whose property is, or may be affected by such violation, may institute any appropriate action or proceeding in equity.
