Retail commercial uses shall only be open for business between six a.m. and eleven p.m. unless the planning commission approves additional hours.

B.

Commercial garbage and rubbish collection shall only occur between seven a.m. and six p.m. if there is a residential zone or residential use within three hundred feet of the collection point.
