Permit
Uses that require an administrative permit are specified as a permitted use in the land use regulation tables for each district.
This chapter identifies the process to obtain an administrative permit. An administrative permit is required for uses permitted by-right yet subject to specific Zoning Code standards. An administrative permit is a ministerial procedure for the City to verify that a proposed permitted use complies with all applicable standards and to ensure that the applicant understands and accepts these standards. No conditions of approval may be attached to the approval of an administrative permit. (Ord. 1111, 2018)
