An ordinance of the City of Smyrna, Georgia, regulating the location, height, and size of buildings and other structures, the size of yards and other open spaces, the density and distribution of population, the uses of land, buildings and structures for trade, industry, residence, recreation, public activities or other purposes; creating districts for said purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the methods of administration, appeal, amendment and enforcement, including the penalties for violation; repealing conflicting ordinances; and for other specified purposes.
