Accessory uses on the same tract or lot, customarily incidental to mobile home park development or mobile home use, and solely intended for use by residents thereof, including recreational and community facilities, where mobile home park development has been approved as a conditional use and subject to the applicable provisions of Parts 25 and 26. No commercial use shall be permitted within a mobile home park.

Where permitted as a conditional use by the Board of Supervisors in accordance with applicable provisions of Part 28, a mobile home park may be developed conforming to the provisions of Part 5 of the Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance [Chapter 22].

Conditional use application shall be accompanied by a conceptual plan in accordance with the sketch plan provisions of § 22-401 of the Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance [Chapter 22] as applicable. The conceptual plan shall be prepared to sufficient detail to demonstrate feasibility of compliance with all design standards and criteria of this part. Applicant is strongly encouraged to arrange a meeting with the Township Planning Commission to discuss conceptual plans for development under this part in view of community development and resource conservation objectives prior to formal conditional use application.
