The city commission may from time to time, on its own motion or on petition, amend, supplement, change, modify or repeal by ordinance the boundaries or districts or regulations or restrictions herein established, after public hearing pursuant to Part II of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes which is adopted as a supplemental and cumulative part of this ordinance, three (3) copies of which have been on file in the office of the city clerk for a period of more than ten (10) days prior to the enactment of this ordinance, available for public use, inspection and examination.

At the time an application is made for a change in zoning, variance, or special exception, the person or persons requesting such shall cause to be paid a fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) to the city clerk.
