No trailer, which includes a building or vehicle on rollers for carrying persons or property, shall be located within any portion of the Township of South Hackensack so that it may be used for residential, business or commercial purposes, including human habitation or permanent storage of property therein or permanent operation for commercial purposes therefrom, except that a trailer shall be allowed on a construction site during the period of actual construction, provided that the applicant for the building permit on said site has advised the Zoning Enforcement Officer, in writing, of the existence of the trailer, which written notice shall contain the following:

A person may park a trailer or camp car on any public street within the Township of South Hackensack for a maximum period of two hours, provided that said parking is not in violation of any other traffic regulation in force in the municipality.

Prohibition of storage trailer and shipping containers. The placement or keeping of trailers or shipping containers on any land in the Township for the purpose of storage, occupancy or use of any kind is strictly prohibited. Said prohibition shall exclude the use of temporary field office trailers which shall be permitted for a period to not to exceed 90 days. A permit for the use of said trailers may be obtained upon application to the Zoning Code Official and upon payment of a fee of $200. Said permit may be extended for a period of 30 days upon application to the Zoning Code Official Code Official and payment of a fee of $100.
