   Within the B Multiple Residential District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.

   (A)   Residential uses.

      (1)   Duplex residential;

      (2)   Family home;

      (3)   Group residential;

      (4)   Multi-family residential;

      (5)   Single-family residential;

      (6)   Townhouse residential; and

      (7)   Two-family residential.

   (B)   Civic uses.

      (1)   Community recreation;

      (2)   Daycare services (limited);

      (3)   Local utility services; and

      (4)   Parks and recreation services.

   (C)   Other uses. Home occupations.

   The following uses and structures may be permitted in the B Multiple Residential District, subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment.

   (A)   Civic uses.

      (1)   Administrative services;

      (2)   Cemeteries;

      (3)   Cultural services;

      (4)   Daycare services (general);

      (5)   Major utility facilities;

      (6)   Parking facilities;

      (7)   Primary educational facilities;

      (8)   Religious assembly;

      (9)   Residential care services; and

      (10)   Secondary educational facilities.

   (B)   Commercial uses.

      (1)   Animal husbandry (limited);

      (2)   Artists’ school;

      (3)   Bed and breakfast facility; and

      (4)   Parking facilities.

   (C)   Residential uses. Wind energy system.

   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, each development in the B Multiple Residential District shall be subject to the following regulations:

   (A)   Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet;

   (B)   Minimum lot width: 50 feet;

   (C)   Maximum height: 75 feet;

   (D)   Front yard setback: 25 feet;

   (E)   Side yard setback:

      (1)   One-story: six feet;

      (2)   Two-story: eight feet; and

      (3)   Three-story: ten feet.

   (F)   Rear yard setback: 25 feet; and

   (G)   Maximum ground coverage: 70%.
