Home Occupation Administrative: $25.00
Planning Commission: $200.00 1
Rezoning $5.00 per acre or fraction thereof
($40.00 minimum, $200.00 maximum)
Special Permit $50.00
Zoning Board of Adjustments
(Variance) 2 		Single Family: $150.00
All other use types: $250.00
