1373.02 PERMITTED USES.
A building may be erected, altered, or used and a lot may be occupied for any of the following purposes and no other:
(a) Manufacturing, assembling, converting, altering, finishing, cleaning, or any other processing, handling, or storing of products or materials.
(b) Research, design, and development laboratories.
(c) Wholesale storage and warehousing.
(d) Building materials and equipment storage yards.
(e) Any use of the same general character of any of the above permitted uses.
(f) Any use customarily associated with the above listed uses.

(a) Minimum lot size - 30,000 sq. ft.
(b) Minimum lot width - 100 feet.
(c) Maximum lot coverage - 40%.
