It shall be unlawful for any person to store, park or place any storage pod upon any residential or commercial property within the Borough of Surf City without first filing for a permit with the Surf City Zoning Department containing the information hereinafter specified and obtaining from such Clerk a permit to do so, which shall be known as a "pod permit." The fee for such a permit is hereby fixed at $50 for each issuance. Such filing shall be made at least 48 hours before the placement of the pod upon the property within the Borough.
