(a)

Created. In order to carry out the provisions of this chapter, the village council hereby creates three zones known as:

R-1 Residential

C-1 Commercial

C-2 Heavy Commercial

(b)

Map of zones on file in the office of the city secretary. The zones in subsection (a) of this section are shown and designated on a map on file in the office of the city secretary, and shall be amended in the future to reflect changes in zoning classification as adopted pursuant to this chapter.
