Description and purpose. This is a zone designed to contain mostly warehousing, distribution types of activity and activity that can be noisy or that can detract from the appearance and quiet of the neighborhood. This zone also excludes mobile homes and HUD-code manufactured homes.

Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the C-2 heavy commercial zone are as follows:
