§ 19-4.12
Prohibitions Regarding and Limitation on Number of Cannabis Establishments.

All cannabis related uses of any nature or business license class are prohibited in all zones except as set forth herein (this subsection and Subsections 19-9.3, 19-11.3, 19-13.3 and 19-14.3). No more than six cannabis establishments shall be permitted to operate in the Borough of Sussex, which shall be limited to the following:
a.
Two cannabis retailers (one each in the C-1 Zone and C-3 Zone);
b.
One cannabis cultivator;
c.
One cannabis manufacturer;
d.
One cannabis wholesaler; and
e.
One distributor or deliverer.
