§ 19-9A.7

Conditional Uses.

The following uses shall be permitted only after review and approval by the planning and zoning board in accordance with the regulations governing the approval of conditional uses as set forth in this chapter.
a. 
Two family residential structures.
1. 
Conditions:
(a) 
Must meet the bulk requirements as set forth in Subsection 19-9A.3b, residential dwellings.
(b) 
Must provide all parking mandated under most recent RSIS (Residential Site Improvement Standards) on site.
