50 MU MIXED USE – COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, RESIDENTIAL
§ 17.50.010 Intent.
The MU district is intended for those areas planned for development or redevelopment located within city limits or UGA and to implement the comprehensive plan mixed use designation.

§ 17.50.020 Permitted uses.
In an MU district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC § 17.70.020.
