The C-2 district is intended to provide for those businesses that require large land areas and attract little walk-in traffic and to implement the comprehensive plan service commercial and tourist commercial designations.

In a C-2 district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC § 17.70.020.

In a C-2 district lot size, width, bulk, height and density standards are as listed in Table 2, TMC § 17.70.080.
