The M-1 district is intended to provide areas which are suitable for present and potential use for manufacturing, repairing, wholesaling, warehousing, storage, or packing and to implement the comprehensive plan industrial designation.

In an M-1 district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC § 17.70.020.

In an M-1 district lot size, width, bulk, height and density standards are listed in Table 2, TMC § 17.70.080.
