It is the intent of this Section to assure the mutual compatibility and physical appearance of buildings with the surrounding environment and to promote the aesthetic and visual quality of the community's built environment. The physical appearance of buildings and accessory structures is one of the many elements comprising a community's aesthetic environment. Items for architectural review include the following: type of building/construction material; color of building exterior; building height; signage; siting of building; lighting; building appurtenances, such as rooftop infrastructure, etc.
