C-2 Community Shopping District
§ 350-47 Purpose.
The purpose of this district is to provide retail shopping and service facilities that serve the needs of all residents of the Township in locations along collector streets in the Township that provide access from all areas of the community and minimize traffic impacts of larger-scale commercial developments on local streets.
§ 350-48 Authorized uses.
In the C-2 Community Shopping District, only the following uses are authorized:

Communications antenna mounted on an existing building or on an existing public utility storage or transmission structure, subject to § 350-106.

Planned shopping center, subject to § 350-93A(33).

Transitional dwelling, subject to § 350-93A(22).

Apartment above office or retail, subject to § 350-93A(4).
(b)
Car wash, subject to § 350-93A(9).
(c)
Comparable uses not specifically listed, subject to § 350-93A(14).
(d)
Funeral home, subject to § 350-93A(20).
(e)
Medical clinic, subject to § 350-93A(25).
(f)
Temporary use or structure, other than a temporary construction trailer, model home or sales office, subject to § 350-93A(39).
(g)
Veterinary clinic, subject to § 350-93A(42).
(2)
Accessory uses.
(a)
Crematorium accessory to a funeral home, subject to § 350-93A(20).
§ 350-49 Area and bulk regulations.
In the C-2 Community Shopping District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses by special exception contained in Article XV.
