If the provisions of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence or clause of this Land Use Regulations chapter shall be judged to be invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such Order of Judgement shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence or clause of this chapter or of any other ordinance which is referred to herein, and, to this end, the provisions of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence or clause of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. Therefore, should any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence, clause or other part of this chapter be judged invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such Order of Judgement shall apply only to the section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence, clause or other part of this chapter so adjudged, and the Order of Judgement shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this chapter.
