The terms of all members of the Upper Township Zoning Board of Adjustment shall expire upon the effective date of this Ordinance. All applications pending before the Zoning Board of Adjustment as of December 31, 2025 are hereby transferred to the Planning Board without prejudice; all statutory time periods are tolled from December 31, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
