Application Forms. The Planning Board shall approve application forms for Site Plan Preliminary, Site Plan Final, Minor Subdivision, Major Subdivision - Classification, Major Subdivision - Preliminary, Major Subdivision — Final, Environmental Assessment Checklist, Site Plan Waiver, and Variances to the Planning Board. Current application forms are available from the Planning Board Secretary.

Content. An application to the Planning Board shall include the items specified in subsection 19-9.9.

Complete Application. An application shall be complete for purposes of commencing the applicable time period for action by the Planning Board when so certified by the Planning Board or its authorized committee. For an application to be certified complete, it must include each item in the checklist specified in subsection 19-9.9.

Waiver. The applicant may request that one or more of the submission requirements in the checklist be waived. Such request shall be made in writing.
