Vesting and expiration.
A.
Vesting. Site development permits shall become vested on the date a determination of completeness is made under WWCC Title 14.
B.
Expiration. Site development permits expire two years from the date of approval if a certificate of occupancy is not issued. Site development permits can be extended for not more than two additional years by the director, provided that the applicant complies with any changes to the applicable development regulations that occur in the interim.
