All amendments to this Zoning chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Village Law applicable thereto.

Should any section or provision of this chapter be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.

This Zoning chapter shall take effect immediately, subject to the provisions of the Village Law.

Any law of said Village inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby repealed.
