64 ENFORCEMENT
§ 17.64.010 Enforcing official.
The mayor, or his/her designee, shall be responsible for the enforcement of this title. In addition to the provisions for enforcement identified in this title, WMC Title 14 provisions for enforcement shall also apply.

§ 17.64.020 Right of entry.
The enforcement official or his/her designee may enter, at reasonable times, with the permission of the owner, any building, structure or premises in the town to perform any duty imposed upon him by this title.

§ 17.64.030 Licenses and permits.
A.
No license or other permit shall be issued until the plans, specifications, occupancy and use of the structure conforms to the requirements of this title.
B.
No building permit or other permit shall be issued until the conditions of approval, if any, plans, specifications, occupancy and use of the structure conform to the requirements of this title.
C.
No license, permit or approval shall be granted until all fees and expenses required and incurred under this title have been paid.
