(a)

Sketch plan review committee created. There is hereby created a sketch plan review committee which shall be comprised of the plat officer, the administrator, the administrator of the health department, the county engineer and the district conservationist. The sketch plan review committee may also call on any county or municipal department to aid in its work.

(b)

Sketch plan review committee duties. The sketch plan review committee will meet as necessary to review any sketch plans submitted by developers prior to their submission of preliminary subdivision plats. The committee will examine such sketch plans and will make suggestions to the developer so that a preliminary plat may be drawn up.
