The establishment and administration of the FPC Floodplain Conservation District shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 73, Environmental Protection, Article VI, FPC Floodplain Conservation District, of this Code, §§ 73-16 to 73-28, which are incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XXIII of this chapter and the Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
