The establishment and administration of the provisions governing the Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 73, Environmental Protection, Article XII, of the Code, §§ 73-59 through 73-65, which are incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XXIII of this chapter and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
