The establishment and administration of the provisions governing Natural Resource Protection and Density Calculations shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 73, Environmental Protection, Article III, of the Code, § 73-11.1, which is incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XXIII of this chapter and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
