The building official, or designee, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1.25 ACC, shall be charged with the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of this title or any conditions properly imposed by the hearing examiner, planning commission or city council. (Ord. 4501 § 1, 1991.)

All city departments, officials or employees vested with the duty or authority to issue permits or licenses shall conform to the provisions of this title. No license or permit for uses, buildings, or activities where the same would be in conflict with the provisions of this title shall be issued. Any license or permit, if issued in conflict with the provisions hereof, shall be null and void. (Ord. 4501 § 1, 1991.)
