- IN GENERAL
Ordinance No. 41 and Ordinance No. 175, known as the zoning ordinance, passed and approved on the 23rd day of June, 1958, and all amendments thereto, more particularly being Ordinance Nos. 190, 192, 194, 217, 220, 231, 232, 232-A, 249, 250, 252, 260, 264, 267, 286, 288, 289, 295, 299, 300, 301, 304, 314, 324, 333, 336, 337, 339, 356, 357, 358, 360, 367, 450, 461, 478, 481, 486, 496, 515, 516, 518, and 548, are repealed.
This ordinance shall be known and may be referred to as "the zoning ordinance."
All uses for single-family residences under the zoning ordinance of the city which qualify for single-family use based on state or federal mandated requirements exemplified, for example, by the definition in RSMo. 89.020 shall be subject to the provisions of article XIV, entitled "special use exception regulations" of the zoning ordinance.
