Buildings erected by the City of Belle Meade for municipal purposes. The provisions of §§ 14-203 through 14-211 of this chapter shall not apply to structures or buildings erected on property owned by the City for municipal purposes, but no such structures or buildings shall be erected by the City without approval of the board of zoning appeals after public hearing through the conditional use process.
