The following regulation shall apply to the "R-1A" Duplex and Two-Family Dwelling District.

A.

Use regulations: A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:

1.

Any use permitted in the "R-1" One-Family Dwelling District.

2.

Duplex and Two-Family Dwellings.

B.

No carport may be constructed on the front of any building.
