19.64 Streets

and Private Ways

19.64.010 Street widths in the C-1 zone.

In the C-1 zone, requirements for street widths shall be the same as requirements for street widths in subdivisions provided for in Title 18 of this Code. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)

19.64.020 Private ways—Construction—Conditional use permit required.

Any private way constructed to provide a primary or a secondary means of access to more than five lots shall be constructed in compliance with the provisions relating to streets in Title 18 of this Code, and the use of any land in the City for any such private way is conditioned upon the obtaining of a conditional use permit therefor from the Planning Commission. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
