The following is a schedule of fees to be charged in carrying out the terms and provisions of this zoning ordinance:

(a)

Applicants for the issuance of a temporary permit from the building inspector shall pay an application fee of $50.00.

(b)

Any person, firm, or corporation filing an application for an amendment to the zoning ordinance of Bloomingdale shall pay a fee of $100.00 upon the filing of the petition with the planning commission. Such fee shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs of advertising any notice required and other expenses incidental to the processing of the application of petition.

(c)

Any person, firm, or corporation filing a petition with the board of zoning appeals shall pay a fee of $100.00 upon such filing. Such fee shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs of advertising any notice required and other expenses incidental to the processing of the application of petition.

(d)

Applicants proposing a planned unit development shall be required to pay an application fee as follows:

(i)

Two- to five-acre development: .....$1,000.00

(ii)

Over five- to ten-acre development: ..... 1,500.00

(iii)

Over ten- to 20-acre development: ..... 2,000.00

(iv)

Over 20-acre development: ..... 2,500.00

The applicant should also be required to pay the cost for such consultants as may be reasonably required by the planning commission.
