Places of Worship.

Churches, temples and other places of worship shall be governed by the following regulations:
Minimum lot area | 15,000 sq. feet |
Minimum lot width | 100 feet |
Minimum lot depth | 150 feet |
Minimum front yard | 25 feet |
Minimum side yards | 20 feet |
Minimum rear yard | 25 feet |
Maximum building height | 2-1/2 stories, 35 feet |
Maximum building coverage | 30% |
Maximum impervious coverage | 75% |
Minimum buffer width | 20 feet |
