Age Restricted Housing.

Age restricted housing shall be governed by the following regulations:
Minimum lot area | 24,000 square feet |
Minimum lot width | 150 feet |
Minimum lot depth | 150 feet |
Maximum building height | 60 feet |
Minimum front yard | 4 feet |
Minimum side yards | 10 feet |
Maximum building coverage | 20% |
Maximum impervious coverage | 85% |
Parking | 1 space per dwelling unit |
