Editor's note— Text Amd. No. 468, § 1, effective February 7, 2024, repealed the former Art. 90, Tables A—C, and enacted a new Art. 90, Tables as set out herein. The former Art. 90, Tables pertained to Newmarket Industrial-Commercial Neighborhood District and derived from as amended on May 9, 1996; Text Amd. No. 421, § 2, 11-18-16; Text Amd. No. 432 , § 3, 4-13-2018.
In the Gateway Industrial Subdistrict, a minimum of 15% of the Gross Floor Area of a Proposed Project must include uses categorized as "Light Industrial Uses", "Heavy/Restricted Industrial Uses", or "Creative and Arts Industrial Uses" as defined by this Table A; or Technical and Trade Schools/Centers (Adult).
