35-201Planning CommissionA Planning Commission of seven members is hereby established and continued as a planning agency advisory to the City Council. The Planning Commission shall have the powers and duties conferred upon it by statute, charter, ordinance or resolution. The Planning Commission shall serve as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the purpose of considering variances and appeals.
