35-1030SupremacyWhen any condition imposed by any provision of this ordinance upon the use of land or buildings or upon the bulk of buildings is either more restrictive or less restrictive than similar conditions imposed by provisions of another City ordinance or resolution, the more restrictive condition shall prevail. This ordinance is not intended to abrogate any easements, covenants, or any other private agreement, providing that where the provisions of this ordinance are more restrictive than such easements, covenants, or other private agreements, the provisions of this ordinance shall prevail.
