35-801Administrative Permit ApplicationApplication for permission to engage in a use set forth within Section 35-800 shall be made to the City. The applicant shall set forth his name, address, the location of the proposed use, the duration of the proposed use, the hours of the proposed use, the nature of the proposed use and shall submit a map or diagram describing the layout of the proposed use. The zoning official may require such further information as will enable him to determine whether the proposed use meets the standards of this ordinance. The zoning official may, subject to the appeal provisions of this ordinance, refuse to issue an administrative permit; provided, however, that the reasons for refusal shall be stated in writing to the applicant, and the applicant shall be notified of the appeal provision.
